May has been another great month, we started it by celebrating our first birthday! We gave away free management to two of our landlords and a special prize pack to one of our lucky tenants.
We really appreciate our supporters and look forward to being able to do more of these things as we continue to grow.

The following week we attended a one day Business Development course presented by Hamish Turner and Associates. It was great to catch up with other Property Managers from around the country and hear their success stories. We’ve taken a lot away from the day and we’re now in the process of putting this into action, we’re all for streamlined processes!
On top of all of this excitement we also:
- Brought on another 4 properties and rented 6
- 11 x Appraisals completed
- 11 x Routine Inspections completed
- 5 x Entry/Exit Inspections completed
- We celebrated our birthday with a trip to Kapiti to visit the Op Shops
