April, holy moley you have been a busy one for our little company!

8 entry and exit inspections have been completed, that's a huge amount, just FYI, each one taking approximately two hours to complete... 19 routine inspections and 44 viewings. The weekly networking, arranging maintenance, rental applications, admin and meetings with the insurance broker and accountant. And don’t forget the 3 stat days and school holidays, just to make sure things stay interesting....

No wonder we’re feeling a bit wiped out this month! It’s a good thing we love what we do, well, most of the time anyway!

Now that schools back, it might be time for us to each have a few days off with no one around.

It's also worth mentioning that the 3rd of May is our 2 year anniversary, that's a little bit exciting!
