February 2025 has seen a steady stream of appraisals and several properties being rented, Yay!

We’ve been upskilling and attended the RTA Amendments 2024 Roadshow held in Wellington. It was great to meet a few industry faces that we’ve only ever spoken to on the phone and to hear how the changes can be helpful for both tenants and landlords as we move into another slightly different rental market.

As well as training, we made the decision to invest in some new software which will be a game changer for us, our tenants and owners. We’re excited to learn new technology so let’s see who can spot the difference in our Trade Me ad’s once we’re live!

Lastly, the call we made last month to include Masterton into our coverage area has paid off! We took on a new management and rented our first Masterton  property in only 4 days! How good is that?!
