What to say about June... and May, because we got so busy we forgot to post our update!

We celebrated our second birthday which was quite exciting. It was interesting to look back on what we have achieved over the last two years and how much we have grown and pushed ourselves far out of our comfort zones.

Rental Market update?
It has been wild lately! We’ve not seen so many properties available in all our time in the industry. The rents have dropped over the last year, and yet, hardly anyone shows up to viewings. We have people asking for weekend and after hours viewings during the week, and then they don’t show up which is hugely frustrating when we’ve given up our family time to accommodate this.

We’ve had some great planning and video sessions which you may have seen popping up on our social media pages. We’ll continue to do more of these which will include some tips and tricks, a day in the life of a property manager and maybe some real life chats about some of the things we experience in this role.

The healthy homes deadline is now up!
