August was a very exciting month for us here at Haven Home Rentals.

You might have seen us in the “Regional news – Connecting Wellington” newspaper which goes out to 90,000 homes and is available in stands for pick up throughout Wellington – Otaki, Wairarapa and Manawatu.

We’re not exactly sure how they found out about us, but when they asked about putting an ad in the Empowering Women section, how could we say no?! Keep an eye out for a copy near you!

Keeping it real…. Viewings have been tough going recently with few people booking in to view our available properties and when they do, they’re often not showing up. It’s good to remember that our time is precious too and a heads up if you can’t make it is always appreciated. Don’t forget, for your application to be considered, you must view the property. Booking a viewing is easy, and the instructions are at the very top and bottom of all of our listings, if you care to read them….

Well, this dream is coming true! Like any good business, we regularly revisit the goals we set out at the start. The goals that we previously thought would be a pretty big stretch have so far been met. We’ve smashed our biggest goal recently, reaching a milestone two months early and we couldn’t be more proud! This week we sit down to write our next set of goals and look forward to coming up with a few more ambitious ideas. Go big or go home, right?!
