At Haven Home Rentals, we make switching the management of your property to us easy! We understand you’re busy so you don’t need to find it daunting to change Property Management companies if you’re not getting the service you deserve. It’s a simple two-step process:

1. Give us a call to let us know you’re interested in our services and we’ll email you some information. From there, we just need a signed management agreement
2. Next is a quick call or email from you to your current Property Management company to let them know we’ll be in touch and then we’ll take care of it from there

We’ll ensure:

• We have the correct documentation
• That your tenant is updated, and
• The rent payments are collected and disbursed to you
• Any ongoing maintenance will carry on as usual

It’s our aim to make this as seamless as possible so we’ll keep you in the loop as much or as little as you like!
