It’s the end of December and we’re reflecting on the year that was, and what a whirlwind it has been. Starting our own company and working through all the challenges that brought us has definitely been difficult at times and we’ve often questioned what we got ourselves into, but we can say with 100% confidence that it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made and we’re proud of how far we’ve come in seven and a half short months.

December was probably one of our busiest months and definitely kept us on our toes. On top of appraisals galore, advertising, renting and moving tenants into our available properties, a few festive celebrations and planning for 2024, Amy thought it would be a good idea to throw in a wedding two days before Christmas! If nothing else we proved we work well under pressure!

We’re really looking forward to our first full year in business next year and already have a few plans to help us continue to grow our business, so watch this space.
