February has been a full on month for us at Haven Home Rentals.

We’ve had a few appraisals, bought on and advertised five new properties, all being advertised at the same time, and spread all over Wellington. It’s like the amazing race when it comes to doing viewings!

We’ve changed up how we’re doing viewings for some properties to see if it makes a difference to the amount of no shows we’ve been having. No shows are super frustrating by the way. No one likes their time being wasted.

We’ve had group networking meetings each week and one on one networking meetings each week. We’re trying to attend all the Hutt Valley Chamber events to build our skills, learn all we can and meet new people. We really are packing everything we can into each and every day, all while still doing the usual day to day property management things we need to do as well!

Did I mention we’re now both First Aid qualified so along with being Property Manager Extraordinaires, we could also become lifesavers one day!
