A short update for a short month…

We hope you enjoyed a lovely Christmas break as much as we did. It was our first Christmas off in a long time and our amazing tenants had no issues over the break for us to sort which was even better! A huge thanks to them for remembering that it’s our time off too!

January started off very strong with an amazing nine appraisals in our first few weeks back, which is huge btw, AND we’ve had two previous owners get in touch about changing over to us, which is also huge!

We joined another networking group over the break which will create some great new contacts for us and help us learn and develop more skills as we build these relationships. We’re also looking into some new software to help us do our job even better!

School is back after a very long break, the kids obviously are not thrilled about it but it’s going to be a big year for them all and we’re excited to see how they get on.
