March has been another crazy month, but that’s why we do what we do!

Amy went away for a week to Rarotonga which left Lisa flying solo. I’m sure no one noticed
though because the wheels kept turning and Lisa had everything under control!

Let’s not forget it was also a short month with Easter rounding off the last week in March.

Despite this we managed to complete 10 routine inspections, 3 entry inspections and 1 exit
inspection which took 3 trips and about 6 hours in total (doesn’t help when the vacating
tenants leave the wrong keys – thanks to Lance the Locksmith for saving the day!) On top of
this we also had 15 networking events, 15 appraisals and attended a tribunal hearing!

In amongst this chaos we had a property come onboard late one Wednesday afternoon, we
had a tenant application processed, the property fully cleaned, including carpets cleaned,
entry inspection completed and keys handed over by Friday afternoon.

It was a whirlwind but hand on heart, we love what we do and it was the best end to a hectic
week!
